To all the Demonstrations Groups - Welcome to the Third Annual Dodge West Texas Sports & Fitness Expo!! We are anticipating an incredible event this year, with over 6,000 people attending, and you play a major role. We hope you have a fantastic experience "showing off" in front of Abilene.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR GROUP

Preference will be given to demonstration groups that have a booth at the expo.

1. Stage:
   • 20' deep X 40' wide
   • Floor Level - concrete (you need to bring any special flooring you may need)
   • Rope Stanchions will surround the stage
2. Sound System:
   • Tape/CD Player
   • Microphone
3. Signage:
   • Bring you own banners or signs for your performance.
4. Performance:
   • 5 Minutes to set-up and tear-down
   • 45 Minutes for Performance
5. Team Arrival:
   • Organize your team to be at the Demonstrations Stage area and ready to go on no later than 10 minutes before you scheduled time.
6. Friday Move In (2/15/08):
   • The Civic Center will be open from 10am - 6pm for you to bring your equipment.
   • Please check-in with an Expo Committee member to let them know what you are doing.
7. Group Expo Passes:
   • You will receive passes for your team and some extra for coaches and family. Because most demonstration groups are very large, we do not provide passes for every family member, so please know that those without passes will need to pay at the door. At $2-Adults and $1-kids, this should not be too expensive and proceeds go to support local youth sports.
