Welcome to the Seventh Annual West Texas Sports & Fitness EXPO in Abilene Texas!! We are anticipating another incredible event in 2012 and you play a major role. We hope you have a fantastic experience promoting your organization to the community of Abilene.

All Vendors are asked to donate at least 1 gift, prize, or coupon to be included in the EXPO door prize drawings (minimum value of $10)

EXHIBITOR BOOTH INFORMATION

1. Show Times:
   • Saturday, February 4, 2012; 9am - 5pm; Abilene Civic Center
   • All booths and vendors must be ready for the public by 8:30am
   • All booths and vendors must remain open to the public until 5:00pm
2. Exhibit Booths:
   • 10' X 10'; 8' high back wall drapery; 3' high side rails with drapes
   • 2 - 100 volt outlets
   • 1 - 8' table
   • 2 - Chairs (additional chairs cost $1.50 per chair upon request)
   • 1 - Table cover with skirting
   • Wireless Internet is available
   • Sales are allowed at your booth. You keep all proceeds.
3. Move-In Day:
   • Friday, February 3, 2012; 10am - 7pm; Abilene Civic Center
   • Vendors are requested to be totally set up by 7pm on Friday. Civic Center doors will be locked at 7:00pm on this day.
4. Exhibitor Check-In:
   • Check-in at the North entrance of the Civic Center Foyer before setting up your booth. Your requested location will be the same, but the final booth numbers may change.
5. Exhibitor Packet:
   • Pick up your Packet when you check in on Friday

     • 2 T-Shirts
     • Booth Bingo Blotters
     • EXPO Event Schedule
     • Exhibitor Wristbands
     • Vendor Meal Coupons
6. Vendor Meal Coupon:
   • Each exhibitor is provided with 2 "Vendor Meal" Coupons per booth.
   • Coupons are required for the Vendor Meal.
   • Other concessions may be purchased.
