To all the Exhibitors - Welcome to the Third Annual Dodge West Texas Sports & Fitness Expo!! We are anticipating an incredible event this year, with over 5,000 people attending, and you play a major role. We hope you have a fantastic experience promoting your organization to the families of Abilene.

All Vendors are asked to donate at least 1 gift, prize, or coupon to be included in the EXPO door prize drawings (minimum value of $10)

EXHIBITOR BOOTH INFORMATION

1. Move-In Day:
   • Friday, 2/15/08; 10am - 6pm
2. Exhibitor Check-In:
   • Check-in at the North entrance of the Civic Center Foyer before setting up your booth
3. Exhibitor Packet:
   • EXPO Booth Map
   • EXPO Event Schedule
   • 2 Expo T-Shirts (additional shirts may be purchased for $8.50 each: pre-order required)
   • 4 Concession Stand Coupons (Each coupon worth up to $5 for your choice of food/drinks)
   • Exhibitor Badges
   • Booth Bingo Blotters
4. Exhibit Booths:
   • 10'x10'; 8' back wall drapery; 3' side rails with drapes
   • 2 - 100 volt electrical outlets
   • 1 - 8' table
   • 2 - chairs (additional chairs cost $1.50 per chair & must be requested upon application)
   • Table cover and skirting
5. Show Times:
   • Saturday, 2/16/08; 9am - 5pm
   • All booths and vendors must be ready for the public by 8:30am on Saturday
   • All booths and vendors must remain open to the public until 5pm on Saturday
